Faith Christian Academy, FL- AP Honor Roll Recipient

Faith Christian Academy was named to the 2023 AP School Honor Roll! The AP School Honor Roll recognizes schools whose AP program is delivering results and broadening access for students. The 2023 AP School Honor Roll also recognizes FCA with the AP Access Award as we are providing students the chance to participate in AP, including students of underrepresented populations.

Schools can earn the Honor Roll recognition annually based on their ability to increase their school’s college-going culture, provide opportunities for students to earn college credit, and maximize college readiness.

FCA had 65% of seniors who took at least one AP exam during high school, 49% of seniors scoring a three or higher on at least one AP exam, and 41% of seniors who took five or more AP exams!

FCA currently offers 7 AP Courses taught by 3 teachers, Dr. Elvers, Mrs. Fields, and Mrs. Frontanes.

College Board’s Advanced Placement® Program (AP®) enables students to pursue college-level studies—with the opportunity to earn college credit, advanced placement, or both—while still in high school. Through the various AP courses, each culminating in a challenging exam, students learn to think critically, construct solid arguments, and see many sides of an issue.
